The above is a vegetarian calzone I made a while back that I thought I would share. I got the idea from an episode of “Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives”. Pictured above is also a batch of freshly made Kabocha chips.
I used a pizza dough recipe that I frequently use to make bread.
I replaced real meat for Tofurkey versions because my girlfriend is vegetarian. Although I’m sure the calories are about equal.
Just thought I would share, plus I’m really hungry today…
